Jo Campbell is a Registered Creative Arts Therapist working for Mauri Tui Tuia in Te Tai Tokerau, New Zealand. She identifies as Tangata Tiriti, having moved to Aotearoa 25 years ago. Jo sees the arts as a way of connecting to ourselves, to each other, and to the world around us. She brings a history of working in arts therapy within schools and with adults in crisis respite, as well as a previous life as an environmental educator. She works with the arts in a playful, supportive way to help children regulate their nervous systems and connect to their cultural identity and individual strengths. Jo looks forward to working with kura and early childhood centres in and around Whangarei.
