Angie Richardson

Angie Richardson is a Registered Creative Arts Therapist working for Mauri Tui Tuia in Tāmaki Makaurau. She is also a Creativity Coach, Supervisor and Workshop Facilitator.

Angie's professional background includes a number of years as a registered primary school teacher in West Auckland. Her clinical roles have been in diverse environments including the areas of special needs, complex mental health and disability from stroke and Alzheimer’s, along with running a private practice.

Angie has lectured on the Creative Arts Therapy Masters Degree at Whitecliffe and supervised students and other therapists. She is passionate about the potency of the Creative Arts and the inherent aspect of playFULLness to support people’s healing, wellbeing and their ability to live vibrantly.
