Amodini Jayawardena (she/her) is a newly graduated Registered Music Therapist working for Mauri Tui Tuia Creative Therapies in Whangārei, Te Tai Tokerau, Aotearoa. During her masters, she worked in schools with tamariki and rangatahi with disabilities, and with pakeke with mental health challenges. Her music therapy practice is focused on culture and person centred approaches. Amodini is passionate about working in mahi tahi with the community to create connections through music.
