Alex is a Registered Creative Arts Therapist working for Mauri Tui Tuia in Tāmaki Makaurau. Specialising in Dance Movement Therapy, Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Psychology and has years of experience as a dance teacher and movement specialist.

Alex is passionate about supporting children and young people within schools and neurodiverse communities. She facilitates support through movement, creative expression, play, and connection, using a client-centred, strengths-based, and neuro-affirming approach.
